Policy & Guidelines

• 50% Deposit required to confirm booking. Deposit amount will go towards full payment amount
• Full payment required before 1st session
• Cancellation of appointment 24-48 hours prior to appointment will result in 50% return of deposit amount. 
• Cancellation of appointment less than 24 hours will result in 0% return of deposit amount. 
• Reschedule of appointment Less than 24 hours will be considered as cancellation. *
• Arriving late to appointment by more than 15 minutes without notification will result in automatic cancellation (not reschedule) of appointment. 0% return of Deposit. *
• Chronic cancellation or chronic rescheduling will result in refusal of future bookings. 
• Curve & Glow has the right to refuse clients not adhering to the policy and guidelines.

*For bookings with multiple sessions, will result in subtracted session

• At the moment, order deadline is by the 15th of the month. 
• Extra cost:
  • Shipping (canadawide): $15
  • Delivery (GTA): $10
  • Pick-up (contactless): no charge
• Custom orders available
• All payments to be made before pickup/delivery/shipping

• No guests; please arrive alone.
• Reschedule required if client or anyone client has come in contact with, within 14 days, are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms. 
• Curve & Glow has the right to refuse service to clients not adhering to the Health & Safety outline
